UOW book your audio recording and videoconferencing now!

Booking teaching equipment
To book equipment for in class use (i.e. Tutorials) for Autumn Session 2012,
please use the Audiovisual Equipment Booking Form, found here: Please note, this is for bookings of PC & Mac Laptops, Projectors, VGA and Audio Cables, Wireless Presenters etc. This does not include microphones for eduStream recording purposes.

Booking lecture recording

If you require your lectures to be recorded in Spring Session by eduStream please fill in the online form. Once you have received confirmation please check your unit details, dates and times before the start of teaching to ensure there are no errors or omissions.

If you have a special recording schedule that is not aligned with session dates please note this in the comments section with the dates you require recorded.

Before the start of session please use the staff tool to log in and check that your recording schedule has been correctly entered. This will help minimise the number of missed recordings. If there are any changes required, please inform us as soon as possible.
